Live Green, Live Better!

At La Vida Verde, our mission is to transform the way we live and feed our families and communities. As a family of five, we have experienced firsthand the challenges of adopting a healthier lifestyle, amidst a reality where obesity and diseases caused by poor nutrition affect millions in Mexico. We believe that change starts at home, with every decision we make about what we choose to consume.

Through this family project, we decided to create better alternatives and share them to make a new lifestyle more accessible and real. Our products are natural, tasty, and conscious. They are designed to help other families take care of their health without sacrificing flavor.

Our children are involved in every step of the process: from creating the brand and the products, where their favorite part is tasting the results, to selling and promoting them. This family project not only teaches them about teamwork and entrepreneurship but also how to contribute to health well-being and a healthier future for all.

We want a healthier Mexico, and this will only be possible if we start educating and caring for our children to make conscious choices. We teach our children to build a better life through nutrition, and we want to invite more families to do the same.

We believe that every small change adds up, and together we can break the cycles and habits of poor nutrition and build a healthier future. A life where our daily decisions reflect love for ourselves and for those we care about most.
